When you shut down or restart the computer, the netsh.exe error may appear. The full error message is below:

Disk Management always tells you that the EFI and Recovery partitions have 100% free space, which is incorrect. Disk Management cannot enumerate those two partitions because of the TypeID and attributes used for the EFI and Recovery partitions.Read more
When you click on the date/time in the notification area to open the taskbar calendar, it may show text in the Chinese language.
This may happen even though you don’t have the Chinese language pack on your English-language Operating System.
Changing the date, time, or number formats doesn’t help.
