[Fix] Taskbar Calendar shows Chinese Text in Windows 10 or 11

When you click on the date/time in the notification area to open the taskbar calendar, it may show text in the Chinese language.

This may happen even though you don’t have the Chinese language pack on your English-language Operating System.

Changing the date, time, or number formats doesn’t help.
