ShadowCopyView is a brand new tool from Nirsoft that lists the snapshots or Volume Shadow Copies available in your disk drives, and lets you recover files from them.
Every snapshot contains and older versions of your files and folders from the date that the snapshot was created. Selecting a snapshot shows the list of folders in the lower pane from where you can browse and recover files or complete folders.
Right-click the file or folder you want to restore, and click Copy Selected Files To…
Select the destination path, and click Do it!
You can also browse a snapshot in Explorer. To do so, select the snapshot, right click and select Open In Windows Explorer, or simply press F2.
Download ShadowCopyView
(Supports Windows Vista, 7, 8 and Windows 10.)

Must try it. I have been using a tool named ShadowExplorer to do this but ShadowExplorer has not been updated in three years.
System Restore Explorer can does this as well.
