I was struggling with the inability to start the Security Center for hours over several days before I found this site. I was a little skeptical at first, since the fix was from 2005 and today is 2007. But I tried it. It worked very easily. It really worked. Thank you.

Spot on! Thats not all it fixes, I had a wierd one whereby an install of AVG Free went wrong which resulted in not being able to reinstall it or uninstall it with getting Access Denied errors. After some hunting around I found this, thought I'd give it a try (clutching at straws) and what do you know, it only went and fixed it. A reinstall of AVG went through without hitch and all is well. Thanks!

THANK-YOU THANK-YOU
I've been working with a guy from Microsoft to fix this problem.
I asked him about your tool, could I try it?
He said yes.
YOUR tool fixed my problem in a second. I couldn't believe it.
What a great gift.
I really appreciate this.
