AutoPlay does not work?

Symptom
When you insert a CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive, the AutoPlay feature or the AutoRun feature may not work or may be unavailable. However, your CD-ROM drive may work correctly in every other way.
Autoplay Repair tool
To resolve the problem, try the Microsoft AutoPlay Repair Wizard tool. The Microsoft AutoPlay Repair Wizard scans your computer devices to find defective AutoPlay settings, and attempts to fix those it finds.
