If you’ve used a Windows debloater or tweaker in the past to disable telemetry, the Connected User Experiences and Telemetry service (DiagTrack) may have been removed from the system. As a result, you’re unable to enroll in the Windows 10 Consumer ESU<\/a> program.<\/p>\n

Restore the DiagTrack Service<\/h2>\n

You can restore the missing Connected User Experiences and Telemetry<\/strong> (DiagTrack) service on Windows 10 and Windows 11 using the registry fix below.<\/p>\n

Download DiagTrack.reg<\/a> (zipped). Unzip and run the enclosed REG file. Click Yes to confirm.<\/p>\n

Restart Windows.<\/p>\n
