As a result, you&#8217;re unable to enroll in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/device-missing-fixes-windows-10-esu\/\">Windows 10 Consumer ESU<\/a> program.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Restore the DiagTrack Service<\/h2>\n<p>You can restore the missing <strong>Connected User Experiences and Telemetry<\/strong> (DiagTrack) service on Windows 10 and Windows 11 using the registry fix below.<\/p>\n<p>Download <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/DiagTrack.zip\">DiagTrack.reg<\/a> (zipped). Unzip and run the enclosed REG file.
