The log might indicate the problem encountered during the backup.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s an example:<\/p>\n<pre class=\"err\">MFT corrupt - Error code = 6. Please run 'chkdsk C: \/r'<\/pre>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-78595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/macrium-0x01-mft-corrupt.jpg\" alt=\"macrium reflect error 0x01 - mft corrupt\" width=\"615\" height=\"316\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Resolution<\/h2>\n<p>Running <strong>chkdsk c: \/f<\/strong>, as recommended by Macrium Reflect, resolved the issue. Here are the chkdsk results.
