Windows 10 will reach the end of servicing in October 2025. If your device supports Windows 11, you can upgrade to Windows 11 for free. However,\u00a0some users have older PCs that do not\u00a0support Windows 11<\/a>, and others<\/span> do not want to switch to Windows 11 at this time. They wonder whether they can purchase an extended support plan for Windows 10 and, if so, how to obtain it.<\/p>\n

Extended Security Updates (ESU) for Windows 10<\/h2>\n

Fortunately, Microsoft will make the Extended Security Updates (ESU) program available. ESU is a paid programme that will entitle enrolled PCs to receive Critical and Important security updates after Windows 10 support ends. As of yet, the ESU program is not yet available. ESU enrollment will be available closer to the end of support in 2025<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
