This article tells you how to fix the &#8220;Mail Recipient&#8221; feature.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: The Send to \u2192 Mail Recipient features require installing a classic mail client like Office Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird.<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Resolution<\/h2>\n<h3>Step 1: Copy the &#8220;Mail Recipient&#8221; file from the default user folder<\/h3>\n<p>This issue can happen if the Mail Recipient (Mail Recipient.MAPIMail) file is deleted from the SendTo folder of your user profile. A copy of the file is present in each user profile and also in the Default user profile. Follow the method below to restore the file and the Mail Recipient entry to the Send To menu.<\/p>\n<p>Please open the following folder.<\/p>\n<pre>C:\\Users\\Default\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Windows\\SendTo<\/pre>\n<p><em>(You may copy the above path and paste it into the File Explorer address bar to open the folder.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Copy the &#8220;Mail Recipient&#8221; file to your desktop.<\/p>\n<p>Now, open the following folder:<\/p>\n<pre>C:\\Users\\%username%\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Windows\\SendTo<\/pre>\n<p>Move the &#8220;Mail Recipient&#8221; file from the desktop to the above folder.
