If you receive the errors <code>ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value.<\/code> and <code>[SC] OpenService FAILED 1060<\/code> for the last two commands mentioned above, ignore them and proceed to the next step.<\/em>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Step 2: Rename the EAC folder<\/h3>\n<p>After restarting Windows, please rename this folder:<\/p>\n<pre>c:\\program files (x86)\\<strong>easyanticheat<\/strong><\/pre>\n<p>to<\/p>\n<pre><strong>dummyfolder<\/strong><\/pre>\n<h3>Step 3: Refresh the eligibility assessment using CompatTelRunner<\/h3>\n<p>From an admin Command Prompt window, run this command to refresh the eligibility assessment for the latest feature update.<\/p>\n<pre class=\"cmd\">CompatTelRunner.exe -m:appraiser.dll -f:DoScheduledTelemetryRun<\/pre>\n<p>It takes a few minutes to complete. After the task completes execution, restart Windows and check for updates.
