If you click “Show details”, it shows the last encountered error, which is 0x81000019<\/strong><\/code>.

Resolution<\/h2>\n
To resolve the Windows Backup errors 0x81000019<\/strong> and 0x8007085a<\/strong>, start the Workstation service.<\/p>\n
    \n
  1. Press Win + R, type services.msc<\/strong>\u00a0and click OK.<\/li>\n
  2. Double-click the “Workstation<\/strong>” service.<\/li>\n
  3. Set it to Automatic<\/strong>\u00a0start.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Apply, and click Start<\/strong>\u00a0to start the service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    (When starting the Workstation service, note the error messages, if any, and post them in the comments section below.)<\/p>\n
    If the service starts correctly, see if you can backup the files using the Backup and Restore tool.<\/p>\n

    Additional note<\/h4>\n
    The Windows Backup\/System Image Backup feature is deprecated and no longer being developed or updated. For greater reliability, it’s suggested that a third-party backup solution, such as Macrium Reflect, EaseUS, etc., be used.<\/p>\n

    While there is no behavioral change to Backup and Restore, this function is being deprecated and will not be updated. It was rarely used and its functionality has been replaced by the new File History feature.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n
