You can download the “Microsoft.Services.Store.Engagement” package via the store.rg-adguard.net<\/code> website, as explained in the article How to Download the Offline Installer for any Store App<\/a>.<\/p>\n

  1. Visit https:\/\/store.rg-adguard.net\/<\/code>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the “PackageFamilyName” field, input the following package name:\n
    Microsoft.Services.Store.Engagement_8wekyb3d8bbwe<\/pre>\n<\/li>\n
  3. Choose “Retail”<\/li>\n
  4. Click on the button with the tick mark.<\/li>\n
  5. Select the appropriate architecture (x64 or x86) you require.\u00a0Right-click on the hyperlink and choose “Save link as” or equivalent option in your browser.<\/li>\n
  6. Once downloaded, move the package to a folder — e.g., C:\\Appx<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Next, download the VCLibs package by inputting the following package name:\n

  8. Once downloaded, move the package to a folder — e.g., C:\\Appx<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  9. Double-click each .appx file to install it.\n
