Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.\r\n<\/pre>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6062\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/w10-api-ms-win-core-missing.jpg\" alt=\"api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-1-1.dll error windows 10 upgrade\" width=\"447\" height=\"185\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Precisely, the error message referencing\u00a0the module <code>api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-1-1.dll<\/code> occurs when upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Fall Creators Update v1709 using the update assistant utility from Microsoft.
