Using a registry tweak discussed in this article, you can add the “Play all” command to the right-click menu to play all music or video files in the current folder.<\/p>\n

The classic ribbon UI in Windows 10 was awesome. But the new File Explorer UI in Windows 11 lacks functionality. It doesn’t have the much useful command buttons for Slideshow, Play All option for music and video files, Email, Zip, etc.<\/p>\n

Add “Play all” to the right-click menu<\/h2>\n

To add Play all to the context menu for music and video files, use the registry fix below:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Download add_playall_context_menu.zip<\/a>\u00a0and extract the contents to a folder. It contains add_playall_context_menu.reg<\/code> and an undo.reg<\/code> file (if you wish to reverse the tweak later.)<\/li>\n
  2. Double-click the file add_playall_context_menu.reg<\/code> and click Yes to confirm.<\/li>\n
  3. Now, open a folder containing music files. Right-click on a file, click “Show more options” (if using Windows 11), and click Play all<\/strong>.\n
