In the error message, the platform version number varies depending upon the Security Platform version installed on the computer.<\/p>\n
Cause<\/h2>\n
Error 0xc000012f<\/a> happens if the module SecurityHealthSSO.dll<\/code> has been corrupted. Replacing the corrupt module with a fresh copy from another computer should fix the issue.<\/p>\n
Resolution<\/h2>\n
To resolve the issue, replace SecurityHealthSSO.dll<\/code> with a fresh copy. Follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Create a folder named “Temp<\/strong>” on your C: drive — i.e., C:\\Temp<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Download the archive SecurityHealthSSO.zip<\/a> (zipped, all versions).<\/li>\n
  3. Extract the appropriate version of SecurityHealthSSO.dll<\/code> to C:\\Temp<\/strong>. You need to extract the DLL that corresponds to the security platform version mentioned in the error message.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Let’s say the error message mentions the platform folder 10.0.27840.1000-0<\/strong><\/code>:<\/p>\n
