The Chrome bookmarks which you want to retrieve should be located under a subfolder in this path:<\/p>\n<pre>C:\\Windows.old\\Users\\%username%\\AppData\\Local\\Google\\Chrome\\User Data\\<\/pre>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the above folder and double-click the appropriate profile folder &#8212; e.g., &#8220;<code>Default<\/code>&#8220;, &#8220;<code>Profile 2<\/code>&#8220;, &#8220;<code>Profile 3<\/code>&#8220;, etc., if you were using multiple Chrome profiles. In the profile folder, you&#8217;ll find the file named &#8220;<code><strong>Bookmarks<\/strong><\/code>&#8221; or &#8220;<code><strong>Bookmarks.bak<\/strong><\/code>&#8220;, which has your Chrome bookmarks.<\/li>\n<li>Now, open Chrome and type <code><strong>chrome:\/\/version\/<\/strong><\/code> in the address bar.\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-47591\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/find-chrome-profile-path.png\" alt=\"find chrome profile path\" width=\"676\" height=\"329\" \/>Note the profile path and open the folder in Explorer.
