<\/p>\nWhen you open Settings \u2192 Accounts \u2192 Sign-in Options, the Sign-in Options page may be completely empty. As a result, you cannot modify the PIN, dynamic lock, or other sign-in settings.

Sign-in options may be blank due to an incorrect services configuration.\u00a0To resolve the issue, follow these steps:<\/p>\n
services.msc<\/strong><\/code>. This opens the Services console.<\/li>\n- Double-click “User Manager<\/strong>” (
UserManager<\/code>) and set it to “Automatic”<\/li>\n- Double-click “Web account manager<\/strong>” (
TokenBroker<\/code>) and set it to “Manual”<\/li>\n- Double-click “Credential Manager<\/strong>” (
VaultSvc<\/code>) and set it to “Manual”<\/li>\n- Double-click “Windows Biometric Service<\/strong>” (
WbioSrvc<\/code>) and set it to “Manual”<\/li>\n- Double-click “Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant<\/strong>” (
wlidsvc<\/code>) and set it to “Manual.”<\/li>\n- Exit the Services console.<\/li>\n
- Restart Windows.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
