You may use one of these two methods to remove the <strong>Nokia Phone Browser<\/strong> icon from My Computer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method 1 &#8211; Using TweakUI PowerToy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have <a href=\"\/xp\/tweakui.htm\">TweakUI PowerToy for Windows XP<\/a> installed, start TweakUI and click the <strong>My Computer<\/strong> option in TweakUI. Uncheck <strong>Nokia Phone Browser<\/strong> entry and click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method 2 &#8211; Using the Registry Editor<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Launch the Registry Editor (<code>regedit.exe<\/code>)<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to the following branch:\n<pre>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Explorer\\MyComputer\\NameSpace<\/pre>\n<\/li>\n<li>Right-click on the subkey <strong>{416651E4-9C3C-11D9-8BDE-F66BAD1E3F3A}<\/strong> and choose <strong>Delete<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Yes<\/strong> when asked for confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>Exit the Registry Editor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nokia Phone Browser entry should no longer exist when you open My Computer.
