Or run <code><strong>colorcpl.exe<\/strong><\/code> via Run dialog.<\/li>\n<li>Select the monitor from the list of devices (For example, Display: SyncMaster SA300). It&#8217;s <strong>important<\/strong> that you select the monitor you are looking the photo into!<\/li>\n<li>Enable the &#8220;Use my settings for this device&#8221; check box.<\/li>\n<li>Under Profiles associated with this device, remove all the profiles listed, by selecting each profile and clicking the Remove button.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3719\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/windows-photo-viewer-yellow-tint-2.png\" alt=\"windows photo gallery yellow tint\" width=\"650\" height=\"483\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Restart Windows.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If that doesn&#8217;t do the trick, then try the following:<\/p>\n<h3>Option 2:\u00a0Add sRGB IEC61966-2.1 and set it as the default<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the correct monitor from the list<\/li>\n<li>Enable &#8220;Use my settings for this device&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Remove the current color profile.<\/li>\n<li>Add a new profile and select <code>sRGB IEC61966-2.1<\/code> under ICC Profiles.<\/li>\n<li>Click Close.<\/li>\n<li>Restart Windows.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Note: If you don&#8217;t want to remove the existing color profile, you can add the new one and select it as the default profile (&#8220;Set as Default Profile&#8221;).<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"rp\"><strong>RELATED:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/error-windows-photo-viewer-cant-display-this-picture-no-memory\/\">[Fix] Error &#8220;Windows Photo Viewer can\u2019t display this picture&#8221;<\/a><\/div>\n<p>The same issue was widely reported by Windows users long back.
