To enable the service, use these steps:<\/p>\n<p>Login to a user account with administrative privileges<\/p>\n<p>1. Click Start, type <b>Services.msc<\/b> and press {ENTER}<\/p>\n<p>2. Double-click <b>Disk Defragmenter<\/b> service from the list<\/p>\n<p>3. Set the Start type to Manual<\/p>\n<p>4.
