This can happen if the Task Scheduler Service or RACTask scheduled job is disabled in your computer.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/archived2\/reliability-blank-2.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"345\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To re-enable tracking of events by the Reliability Monitor, use these steps:<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Verify if the Task Scheduler service is started\/running<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click Start, type <code>Services.msc<\/code> and press <kbd>ENTER<\/kbd><\/li>\n<li>Double-click Task Scheduler.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure if the Startup Type is set to &#8220;Automatic&#8221;, and the &#8220;Service status&#8221; is mentioned as &#8220;Started&#8221;. If that&#8217;s not the case, download Task Scheduler service REG file from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/task-scheduler-service-grayed-out-windows-7-vista\/\">this article page<\/a>, run the REG file and restart Windows. After rebooting, verify if the Task Scheduler service starts correctly.<\/li>\n<li>If the reliability monitor still shows blank data even after starting the Task Scheduler, you may have to enable the <code>RACTask<\/code> scheduler job, as explained below &darr;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Verify if the RACTask Job is Enabled<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Click Start, type task scheduler, and click <b>Task Scheduler<\/b> from the list.<\/li>\n<li>Expand Task Scheduler Library, expand Microsoft, expand Windows, and click RAC<\/li>\n<li>From the View menu, click <strong>Show Hidden Tasks<\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/archived2\/reliability-blank-1.png\" width=\"545\" height=\"254\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Right-click <code>RACTask<\/code> and choose Enable<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/archived2\/reliability-blank-3.png\" width=\"522\" height=\"333\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Close and reopen the &#8220;view reliability history&#8221; page.
