Here is another hidden feature in Windows 7 configurable using the Registry Editor, that allows you increase the desktop slideshow transition animation duration.<\/p>\n<h2>Increase Desktop Slideshow Animation Duration<\/h2>\n<p>1. Click Start, type <b>Regedit.exe<\/b> and press {ENTER}<\/p>\n<pre>HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Control Panel\\Personalization\\Desktop Slideshow<\/pre>\n<p>2. Right-click on the key and create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value, and name it <b>AnimationDuration<\/b><\/p>\n<p>3. Double-click <b>AnimationDuration<\/b> and set its Value data to <b>1000<\/b> (milliseconds) Decimal<\/p>\n<p>4.
