This happens if a default mail client is not correctly set. Use the instructions below to reset the default mail client.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/ie-send-page-grayed.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Follow these steps to resolve the problem.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open Control Panel, Default Programs<\/li>\n<li>Click Set program access and computer defaults<\/li>\n<li>Click Custom, and select your mail client (for example, <i>Microsoft Outlook<\/i>)<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winhelponline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/ie-send-page-grayed-2.png\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click OK<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>(Windows 7 and higher versions don&#8217;t include a mail client by default.
