Microsoft seems to have released a Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB3197356 for v1607, which raises the build number to 14393.223. Right now this update is available only from the Windows Update Catalog, and not via Windows Update.
Also, the Windows 10 Update History page makes no mention of KB3197356. But the KB3197356 article has some info:
This cumulative update resolves an issue in which some sites do not load in Microsoft Edge after KB3194496 is installed. This issue occurs when a user is on a page that specifies a character encoding hint that isn’t present on the computer, and the user browses from that page to a location that uses HTTP redirection. Windows 10 updates are cumulative. Therefore, this package contains all previously released fixes.

It failed to install for me. I am still at 14393.0.
May be KB3194496 (14393.222) is what you need then. If KB3194496 installation fails, MS has a registry fix here.
Already tried their “fix”. KB3194496 failed to install anyway.
I managed to install it. I download it manually from your link, used DISM to integrate it into a Windows 10 image and then installed the image over my Windows 10. Of course, I had to re-update my Windows Store apps afterwards, but it got installed.
KB3194798 (14393.321) is the most recent C.U. But it has installation headaches of its own.
