Search companion opens when you double-click a Compressed (zipped) folder in Windows XP

Symptom
When you double-click a Compressed (zipped) folder, Search companion may open. However, when you right-click and choose Open or Explore, they work fine.
Resolution
- Click Start, Run and type Regedit.exe
- Navigate to the following location:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ CompressedFolder \ Shell
- Backup the key to a file.
- In the right-pane, right-click (default) and choose Delete. It should now read as (value not set)
- Close Regedit
