Want to transfer all your RSS feed subscriptions from your Bloglines account to Internet Explorer or any other Feed reader? RSS aggregators use a common file format called OPML to exchange feed subscriptions. To export Feed subscriptions from your Bloglines account to an OPML file, use the Export Subscriptions option.
Login to your Bloglines account
Click Feeds tab on the left

Then scroll down to Additional Features
Click Export Subscriptions

Save the file when prompted. This OPML file can be transferred to other Feed aggregators. To transfer the Feeds to Internet Explorer, use the Import/Export Wizard in Internet Explorer.
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. On the File menu, click Import and Export.
3. Click Next.
4. In the Choose an action to perform list, click Import Feeds, and then click Next.
5. Locate the OPML file exported from your Bloglines account.
6. Follow the steps in the Import/Export Wizard to import the Feeds.
Note: To transfer Feed subscriptions the other way around (from Internet Explorer to Bloglines), export the Feeds list using the Import/Export Wizard in Internet Explorer, and transfer the file to your Bloglines account using the Import Subscriptions option.
