Ask.com is gonna shut down Bloglines on Oct 1 2010. To migrate all your RSS feed subscriptions from your Bloglines account to Internet Explorer, Google Reader or any other feed aggregator service, you need to export the feed subscriptions in your Bloglines account first. RSS aggregators use a common file format called OPML to exchange feed subscriptions. To export Feed subscriptions from your Bloglines account to an OPML file, use the Export Subscriptions option.
Login to your Bloglines account
Click Feeds tab on the left

Then scroll down to Additional Features
Click Export Subscriptions

Save the file when prompted. This OPML file can be transferred to other Feed aggregators. To transfer the Feeds to Internet Explorer, use the Import/Export Wizard in Internet Explorer.
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. On the File menu, click Import and Export.
3. Click Next.
4. In the Choose an action to perform list, click Import Feeds, and then click Next.
5. Locate the OPML file exported from your Bloglines account.
6. Follow the steps in the Import/Export Wizard to import the Feeds.
If you’re going to continue with Google Reader, see help topic Importing Feed Subscription List in Google Reader.
