If you’re using Internet Explorer 7 for reading RSS feeds, then you’ll like Feeds Plus. Feeds Plus is a free companion tool (for Internet Explorer 7) developed by the Microsoft RSS Team that adds two useful features to the Windows Feeds experience: aggregation and notification.
Feed Aggregation
If you turn on this feature, all of your feeds are grouped together as an aggregated feed so that you can quickly go through the recent updates without having to click each feed one by one. Aggregation is not enabled by default.
Notification
Feeds Plus alerts you if there is an update in the subscribed feeds. Also, you may enable notification only for specific feeds if you want. Clicking the pop-up window (shown in the notification area) opens the feed.

Feeds Plus (for Internet Explorer 7) runs on Windows XP/2003/Vista, and is not compatible with Internet Explorer 8. See the EnhanceIE Website for more Information on using Feeds Plus.
