If you find Mozilla Firefox browser missing in the Set Program Access and Defaults (SPAD) dialog, here is a fix to restore the entry back.
Restore Mozilla Firefox to SPAD
First, try reinstalling Mozilla Firefox. That should fix the registration issue in most cases. In case it doesn’t, use the registry fix below:
Download firefoxreg_xp.reg and save the file to your Desktop. Right-click on the file and choose Merge. Click Yes when asked for confirmation. Mozilla Firefox entry should now be available under the Custom section of Set Program Access and Defaults.
