		<description>If you just type into the the address box ONLY &#039;about:Tabs&#039; it should take you there,then you can add it to your  home pages and make it the default...whatever you like.You also may have to tweak your Tools -&gt; Internet Options -&gt; Tabs Settings. Nothing, nadda. It still says &quot;internet explorer cannot display this page&quot; instead of giving me the proper &quot;you&#039;ve opened a new tab&quot; page (the one with the info about the tabs I previously closed, etc)
