SpyBot Search & Destroy (v1.6.0 and higher) adds the entry Scan using Spybot-Search&Destroy to the right-click menu for files and folders. If you don’t plan to use the context menu option, you can remove it by editing the registry.

Remove Scan using Spybot-Search&Destroy Context Menu item
Click Start, Run. Type Regedit.exe and press ENTER:
Delete the following branches:
Exit the Registry Editor.
Registry Fix
To automate the above, download spybot-context.zip. Unzip and run the file spybot-remove.reg. There is also an undo REG file provided, in case you want to reverse the changes.
