It doesn’t work with Latin and some other non-ascii character in file and folder names.

Very useful program. I like it for resizing more then one picture at a time. Like I’ll take a snip-it of my gadgets and resize them all at one time instead of doing it one at a time in “Paint” so I can post smaller pics in the gadget forums.
