InPrivate Browsing mode in Internet Explorer 8 helps prevent your browsing history, cache, form data, cookies, and usernames and passwords from being retained by the browser. Here is a menu extension for Internet Explorer 8, which adds the "Open in InPrivate Window" option to the context menu. This can be useful in situations where you want to open specific hyperlinks in InPrivate browsing window from the existing Internet Explorer window. This extension works in Windows XP, Windows Vista & Windows 7.
"Open in InPrivate Window" Menu Extension
1. Download inpriv-ext.zip and save to desktop.
2. Unzip and extract the files to a folder.
3. Move inpriv-ext.htm to the C:\Windows\Web folder.
4. Double-click inpriv-ext.reg to merge the contents with the registry.
The menu extension is now installed.
Open Internet Explorer and browse a Web page. Right-click on a hyperlink and click Open in InPrivate Window.

This opens the hyperlink in a new InPrivate window.

I just downloaded inpriv-ext.zip, and it does not work. It did the registry change but the new option does not show up on the right click menu.
I have IE Version 8.0.6001.18702 and Windows XP Home Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 Build 2600
