We saw how to open hyperlinks from an existing Internet Explorer 8 window in a separate InPrivate Browsing window. Here is another hack which adds "Open in InPrivate Window" to the context menu for Internet Shortcuts (.URLs). This tip applies only to Internet Explorer 8.
Instructions
1. Download inpriv-context.zip to the Desktop and unzip the contents to a folder.
2. Double-click the REG file that matches your Operating System. (If you’re using Windows XP, double-click the file inpriv-context-xp.reg. If you’re using Windows Vista or Windows 7, double-click the file inpriv-context-w7.reg)
Open in InPrivate Window option is now shown in the right-click menu for .URL files.

More Information
The REG file adds the following registry entry:
Windows XP
Windows Vista / Windows 7
The (default) value data is set as follows:
To remove the option, run the file undo.reg.
