		<description>Ramesh, your situation is very strange. I upgraded immediately after the release. My computer required no restart. Definition update came and got installed without any problem. Same goes for my father&#039;s netbook. (Although his was not connected to Internet until two days later but the situation was the same).

I conclude that there is something wrong with your computer or your Internet connection.</description>
