		<description>taskkill /f is definitely NOT a clean method to do it. it&#039;s like kill -KILL in Linux, you should resort to that only if the soft way doesn&#039;t work.
for example, if explorer.exe is writing to a thumbdrive, things can go wrong very messy.</description>
