me too … still cant get it to work … google chrome has disappointed me to the point where i will NOT use the application again !! it seems to be related to installing and uninstalling google chrome

Thank you so much for the advice. I too ran into this problem after installing and uninstalling chrome. I was ready to pull my hair out and cry until I asked you what to do. It seems to have worked like a charm. I really do appreciate your site.

This was the perfect fix to my frustrations after installing Google Chrome. After uninstalling Chrome,and trying all methods of trying to resolve the issue I was ready to cry. Thankfully I found your help page and the problem is solved.
