I can then click on my name and windows opens quick. i have been tinkering with this problem for more than a year and can live with the extra security except now i have a new user and would like to simplify things. this laptop is used at home with media center, no children or other security issues. Anyone with an idea to prevent "lockdown" or whatever security thing is going on here. Part of my problem is asking the right question! Anyone? thanks in advance.
