I have followed the instructions as above. My list is different on the Start Type mine say 4 Disabled. Can you assist in anyway please to correct problem?
All other details are as per the list.
Running Windows XP, Virus Protection up to date, all windows up-dates are current

		<description>Hello I am also having problems getting my security center to open. Anyway I am running Malwarebytes&#039; Anti-Malware on it now. This is on my lap top. Anyway I entered the command line you wrote to check the dependancies. On the Start_Type I am seeing :2 Auto_START rather than what you posted of being :3 DEMAND_START. IS this part of the problem with mine not be able to activate the security services? I have gone to the services tab several times and clicked properties to try and get the thing to start to no avail. I keep hitting the start button and pow, no go.</description>
