As per the latest news, the Creators Update or Redstone 2, which is the upcoming feature update for Windows 10 may be released in April 2017.

Based on the version number indicated (v1703) in the Group Policy Editor and elsewhere, in the Creators Update preview builds, it was originally thought that the final update would be available in March 2017 (year “17”- Month “03”).

So, based on the latest info, the Creators Update version number will be v1704, not v1703.
