SnagIt is an excellent screen capture program that also includes an editor which you can use to apply professional, quality finishing touches to your existing images or screen captures. Here is a tip (for SnagIt users) to add SnagIt Editor to the right-click menu for image files.
"Edit with SnagIt" option in the Right-Click menu
Download snagit-ed.zip, unzip them to a folder. Run the appropriate REG file depending upon the version of SnagIt (8 or 9) you use. You should see the Edit with SnagIt option in the context menu for image files.
