		<description>Above you say that in Windows Vista it always opens in a new IE7 windows. I have Win Vista Home Prem version and I downloaded your program above but that does not happrn to me. If I simply select and right click on the KB# you have in this article and then ckick MS-KB Lookup, it opens the new page in the same IE7 window and tab.
But if I select the same KB# and then hold the shift key down then right click on the selected # then click the MS-KB Lookup, it opens in a whole new IE7 window. I was just thinking that maybe what happens to you might be the version of windows you are using or maybe if you are using IE8. But for me the program you have above works as you had wanted it.
