When you attempt to view the status of your system hardware and software using Help and Support, the following error may appear and the report stalls:
Automation server can't create object
Click Start, Run and type the following command:
regsvr32 scrrun.dll
Press Enter. Similarly, run these two commands:
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 msxml3.dll
If that does not help, download and install Windows Script 5.6 (2000/XP) engine from Microsoft site.
