Automation error occurs while viewing the system status using Help and Support Center

Symptom
When you attempt to view the status of your system hardware and software using Help and Support, the following error may appear and the report stalls:
Automation server can't create object
Resolution
Click Start, Run and type the following command:
regsvr32 scrrun.dll
Press Enter. Similarly, run these two commands:
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 msxml3.dll
If that does not help, download and install Windows Script 5.6 (2000/XP) engine from Microsoft site.

tried everything possible, till I downloaded windows Script 5.6 as u advised. not only Help & support but even my search has started working again,Thanks man
